Welcome to SIVA Beauty Salon. By booking or using our services through the website, you agree to the
following terms and conditions.
Appointment Booking
A non-refundable booking deposit of 5 BHD is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be
deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Late Arrival
Clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes
late, SIVA Beauty Salon reserves the right to shorten or reschedule the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
Home Service Cancellation
For home service appointments, if cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the appointment, the client
will be required to pay 50% of the total service amount as a cancellation fee.
Home Service Policy
Home services are available depending on staff availability and location. Clients must provide an accurate
address and a safe working environment for the technician.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 24 hours so we can review the matter.
Hygiene & Safety
SIVA Beauty Salon follows strict hygiene and sterilization procedures. All tools are sanitized after every
client and disposable items are used when required.
Personal Belongings
SIVA Beauty Salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
Right to Refuse Service
SIVA Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service if necessary to maintain the comfort and safety of
our clients and staff.
